Meet Mahesh Oza, a trailblazer in the realm of commercial office interiors. With a civil engineering degree from PVPIT Sangli in 1994, Mahesh embarked on a journey that has since transformed into a celebrated career in creating state-of-the-art work spaces.
After gaining invaluable early experience in Pune’s dynamic construction and interiors market, Mahesh quickly identified his niche: turning empty spaces into vibrant offices. This realization spurred the foundation of his own venture, dedicated to redefining commercial interiors with a focus on turnkey solutions.
Mahesh’s portfolio speaks volumes about his mastery and innovation. Notable projects include large-scale assignments for industry giants like Eaton and Vodafone in 2005, where his teams effortlessly managed spaces as vast as 40,000 and 50,000 square feet respectively, each project a testimony to his ability to marry functionality with aesthetic brilliance under rigorous timelines. His expertise not only covers expansive corporate settings but also extends to specialty projects like high-end restaurants and complex infrastructural developments such as water treatment facilities.

Gopal’s academic foundation in MBA from Wadia in 2003 set the stage for his illustrious career. He soon made his mark in the banking sector, working with leading institutions such as Citibank, Standard Chartered, and Centurion from 2004 to 2008. During his tenure, he specialized in housing loans and investment banking, providing him with a deep understanding of financial structures and market dynamics.
In 2008, Gopal transitioned to Arth Matrix Consultancy, where he honed his skills in investment banking advisory and loan facilitation. His success in the financial realm led him to co-found Space Kreators in 2010, where he seamlessly integrated his financial acumen with his passion for transformative commercial interiors. Under his financial guidance, Space Kreators has executed numerous high-profile projects, establishing a reputation for delivering quality and excellence in the turnkey interior solutions market.
In 2022, Gopal embarked on another venture, Forming Vedvista Spaces, a company dedicated to further expanding his influence and expertise in the real estate and interior design industry.
